The Neutral Plane is the plane upon which Teyaris exists. It’s the origin of all mortals, and the in-between space between the Planes of Energy. Occasionally, the Planes of Energy intersect the Neutral Plane through various gates and thresholds, often causing destruction and odd changes to the land.
